Description
Member Beers
Members will receive a total of 10 beers (2- 500ml Bottles or 16oz cans of each) the year. Packaging format is planned and listed above, but subject to change. (For example, instead of a 500ml bottle format could be 22oz bottle or 16oz can.) All included releases will be a specialty, limited batch size, barrel aged beer. The timing of each release is unknown but they will be released as they become ready, which is at the discretion of our production team. Please understand that you will receive each beer included for the year, but each release could be delayed. Each member beer is expected to yield additional bottles that members will have the opportunity to purchase. We will also keg some of each member beer which will be available on draft at limited times to the general public. Bottles not purchased by members in a timely fashion may be sold to the public. We reserve the right to save any additional bottles for special events or other use at our discretion. DISCLAIMER: While our intention is to supply the exact beers listed above, equivalent substitutions are a possibility. Aging beer in wood has inherent risk, and there is always a possibility that a barrel won’t meet our particular quality standards. We’ve sampled these beers throughout aging, and are confident that they’ll produce a great finished product, but anything can happen.
Pick-Up Procedure
When checking out, please select your default pickup location; Amarillo or Canyon Taproom. This will ensure proper pickup, and keep our inventory correct at either location.
Discount
Members will enjoy a 10% discount on Merch, Glassware, and Accessories purchased in the taproom* and the online store. Membership Credentials may be required to verify your discount in person; online discount will be automatically applied (when logged into online shop account). In addition, we’ll also be offering 20% off Select Ticketed Events.
*Let a staff member know you are a club member as to let them apply the discount correctly in the taproom
T-Shirt
Members will receive a limited edition, specialty t-shirt for the membership year. These will only be available to paying members. (1 per membership). These will be made to order, and no substitutions or exchanges will be allowed. Shirt size will be requested at time of purchase.
Hats
Hats are NOT included in a Club Membership, they are a paid add-on at time of checkout.
Membership Number
Member numbers cannot be requested or changed. A member’s number will stay the same from year to year and retired if the member chooses not to renew. Membership Credentials must be presented at the time of beer pick-up or in order to receive applicable discounts.
Facebook Private Group
Members will have the opportunity to be added to a private Facebook group. Only the paying member will be allowed access to the group. Anyone additional that is a named proxy, splitting a membership, etc. will not be allowed access to the group.
Proxy
Members unable to pick-up their beer in the tasting room may assign a proxy. The trustee must be named directly to [email protected] before a pick-up. Membership perks are not extended to any proxy.
2025-2026 Membership
Club Benefits begin Sept. 1st, 2025 and Expire Oct. 1st, 2026. Members will have priority enrollment for the following year’s membership before the general public, and receive a discounted renewal rate.
Order Shipping and Pick-up Deadline
We are unable to ship beer. Beer must be picked up in a timely fashion and before the set pick-up deadlines. All beer not picked up within this window will be forfeited. An email will be sent out the week prior with pick-up info for each release. Pick-Ups will be available at either location, for your convenience please select a default pick-up location when checking out.
